An immersive executive retreat in New Mexico where leaders can reconnect to their natural operating system, restore energy, deepen awareness, and learn to lead with greater presence and performance.
Modern leadership often pulls you out of alignment with constant pressure, reactivity, and information overload. This experience is designed to help you return to a more effective way of operating.
In this experience, you’ll reconnect to your natural operating system—a state of clarity, responsiveness, and grounded energy—and learn to lead in alignment with both your behavioral patterns and the core BE principles that guide nature: presence, relaxation, and interconnectivity.

Most leadership programs are cognitive. Ours is rooted in natural experience.
In this experience, nature is not a backdrop, it is the primary teacher.
You’ll be introduced to core BE principles, then step into nature to experience them, moving beyond intellectual understanding into meaningful shifts in how you think, decide, and lead.
Why? Because nature operates in a state of continuous presence, sustainability and interconnection: the same conditions required for effective leadership.
Through a combination of personalized behavioral insight and experience in nature, you’ll identify what’s been holding you back, see how it shows up, and begin integrating a more aligned way of thinking, deciding, and leading.

You do enough as a leader. This experience is designed to give you space to be, creating the conditions for clarity and more sustainable performance when you return to the office.
We also intentionally cap each experience at nine participants to foster a more intimate, inner-circle environment.

Forget the fancy fluff of a luxury resort. This is real, raw and rustic.
Set in the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico, this experience takes place in a landscape known for its natural beauty and deep cultural history. Surrounded by mesas, mountains, and expansive desert vistas, the setting invites a slower pace, clearer thinking, and a more grounded way of being.
You’ll stay in a historic mountain inn and hang with the locals at a saloon that has been part of the community since the early 1900s. You’ll also experience traditional New Mexican cuisine, prepared with care by our family, and feel the warmth and connection that runs deep in the region.
Shared or private Rooms available. Discounted retreat rate offered for shared accommodations.
