Victor “Vic” Bullara has 35+ years of senior executive leadership experience in human resources. During his corporate career, he successfully mentored, trained, and coached more than 1,500 executives, colleagues and board members, focusing on their career development, executive presence, and leadership skills. After leaving his corporate career in 2012, years ago, he founded a coaching business and is now a Leadership and Executive Coach at his firm, World Class HR.
Vic is certified by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential at the ACC level. He’s also certified as an E3 and a Positive Intelligence coaching practitioner, and a Winslow Solutions Certified Consultant (“CEO readiness assessment.”)

Vic has a degree in Psychology and Organizational Behavior from UCLA and taught HR courses at UCLA and UC Irvine for six years. He also completed (with “Distinction”) the Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence program through Case Western Reserve University. He is an Executive Coach to executive MBA students at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. He is also on the Board of Directors of Reality Smash, a virtual reality content developer.
