Vicki Landers is a leadership coach who specializes in supporting professionals navigating the second half of their careers. With a focus on increasing self-awareness and building intentional leadership behaviors, she helps clients gain new perspective, reconnect with their values, and lead with purpose—especially during times of transition or professional fatigue.
Vicki brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, having served in direct patient care, team supervision, and system-level roles in hospitals, home health, and nonprofit healthcare organizations. She facilitated department transitions with empathy and clarity. Her clients include healthcare leaders, mid-career clinicians, and nonprofit leaders who are ready to grow their impact while staying true to what matters most.
Vicki holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completed her professional coach training through iPEC. She is certified in the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment, the E3, and BlindSpotting and uses it to help leaders understand how their mindset influences their behavior and organization culture.
Vicki’s coaching style is direct, insightful, and rooted in practical reflection. She focuses on listening deeply, asking thought-provoking questions, and creates a space where they can think clearly and take meaningful action. She believes leadership is not about having all the answers—but about choosing how you show up, again and again.
Outside of coaching, Vicki is a speaker who inspires organizations to connect with purpose. She serves on the Board of Trustees for NKC Health. When not working, she enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling to places that make chocolate.
