Tanya Valle

Tanya Valle is a leadership coach with an extensive background in communications and management. She brings a 360-degree approach to solving coaching and communications challenges as a result of insight and experience as a New York City on-air news reporter, spokesperson under former Mayor Michael Bloomberg, corporate communications and public relations executive and consultant. With over 20 years of experience, Tanya enjoys partnering with mid to senior level leaders to strengthen executive presence, communication effectiveness, managing and leading others, and removing self doubt. 

She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is trained in the E3 behavioral assessment, and Blindspotting. Tanya earned her master’s degree in Management from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business, where she focused on executive level business management. She is also a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and trained Spiritual Director. 

Tanya’s coaching style is warm, and compassionate, taking the whole person into account to maximize potential, clear roadblocks, support setting and achieving goals, and reducing stress.

Clients can expect a non-judgemental, supportive partner who encourages and provides reflection, and helps translate insight into action. She is particularly effective in goal attainment, creating greater self awareness, and overcoming communication challenges. 

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys rolling skating in NYC’s Central Park because it combines being in nature and movement.
