Lisa Lebowitz

Lisa Lebowitz is a leadership coach who partners with professionals to enhance self-awareness, uncover behavioral patterns, strengthen leadership capabilities, navigate career challenges and sustain momentum toward their goals. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, training and development, and consulting, Lisa is dedicated to helping individuals realize their full potential. She has supported executives and high-potential leaders across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, technology, consulting/professional services and non-profits.

Lisa is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds additional credentials from the Center for Executive Coaching and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). She earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Lisa is also certified in the E3 behavioral assessment, Blindspotting assessment, and Hogan assessments.

Drawing on her deep expertise, Lisa combines strategic acumen with a supportive, individualized approach. She is known for her ability to quickly build trust and create a safe space where clients feel empowered to examine challenges openly and honestly. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Lisa enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, playing tennis and displaying unrealistic expectations for Cleveland sports teams.
