Kim is known for being supportive and reflective—and for asking pesky questions that surface patterns, challenge assumptions, and shift perspectives. She’ll probably try to make you laugh at least once.

Kim works with clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, healthcare, tech, higher education, manufacturing, finance, consulting, and the nonprofit sector. Her clients include early-career high-potential professionals, senior leaders, and executives in organizations ranging from early-stage start-ups to multinational companies.

She holds an MBA and MSW from the University of Michigan, is a Licensed Master of Social Work, and completed her Executive Coaching Certification through Michigan Medicine. In addition to her private practice, Kim coaches with organizations such as Michigan Medicine, Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Programs, and Behavioral Essentials.

At the heart of Kim’s coaching is a belief in the power of curiosity, clarity, and connection to help leaders find their footing and purpose in service of the results they aspire to achieve.
