Kim Ochs

Kim Ochs is a leadership coach who equips executives and teams to strengthen self-awareness, navigate behavioral patterns, and lead with intention. Her coaching practice is informed by a diverse professional background spanning private equity, technology research, higher education, and leadership roles in organizational development and EdTech. 

She has delivered leadership programs at the United Nations and taught global leadership in the PhD program at Indiana Tech College of Business. Her coaching clients include corporate executives, educational leaders, nonprofit founders, and entrepreneurs across the US and internationally. Her clients have successfully navigated executive and personal transitions, optimized intergenerational and multinational teams, fostered cultures of innovation, and delivered impactful learning strategies. Kim is fluent in English and German.

Kim holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and a PhD from the University of Oxford. She is certified in the E3 behavioral assessment and Blindspotting. Kim is curious about the intersection of technology and human behavior and is currently a producer of the Internet Changemakers podcast, supported by the Internet Society, where she was a mid-career fellow.
