Her background spans global sales, marketing, and business development roles, including leading teams through rapid growth, market resets, and corporate consolidations. This firsthand executive experience shapes her practical, goal-oriented approach to coaching.

Jennifer works with senior leaders across industries—particularly corporate executives in media, zoos, museums, attractions, retail, finance, and healthcare—who are navigating change, seeking to increase their impact, or refining their leadership identity. Her coaching focuses on strengthening executive presence, leading with intention, and building self-awareness to drive meaningful behavioral change.

An ICF-certified coach at the ACC-level trained through the Center for Executive Coaching, Jennifer is also certified in the Hogan suite of personality assessments, the Behavioral Essentials E3, and is a Positive Intelligence practitioner. She often integrates assessments and 360-degree feedback to ground her clients’ self-reflection and development work. Her coaching style is calm, direct, and supportive, helping clients uncover mindset patterns, clarify goals, and take focused, sustainable action.

In addition to individual coaching, Jennifer facilitates team coaching and strategy sessions to build alignment, communication, and cohesion across leadership teams.

She earned her BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. Based in Atlanta, Jennifer is energized by time with her husband, two teenage daughters, and their dogs—and believes that curiosity, compassion, and clarity are essential ingredients for effective leadership.
