Alyssa Poggioli is a leadership development and performance coach who supports executives in strengthening emotional intelligence, leading with clarity, and navigating the demands of team leadership. With over a decade of experience spanning wellness leadership, organizational coaching, and talent development, Alyssa has worked with leaders across sectors including technology, engineering, media, pharmaceuticals, commercial real estate, and healthcare. She has coached professionals at all levels—from emerging managers to C suite executives—particularly in operations, sales, human resources, and marketing.
Alyssa holds certifications in Hogan Leadership Assessments and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Her background includes executive, transformation, and health coaching, and she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.
Prior to coaching, Alyssa led wellness operations for employee engagement programs, managing staff, budgets, and program strategy across multiple corporate sites. This foundation informs her grounded, systems-aware approach to leadership coaching.
