Alli Celebron-Brown

Alli Celebron-Brown is a leadership coach who helps clients identify and shift the behavioral patterns that limit their effectiveness. With over 25 years of leadership experience, including six years as CEO where she achieved a multi-million dollar financial turnaround within two years, eliminating an accumulated deficit and generating consistent surpluses, Alli has coached leaders across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. She specializes in supporting clients through career transitions, executive presence development, and the unique challenges of senior leadership roles.

She holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and is certified in Hogan Assessments. Alli earned her Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and a Certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell University, with additional training in empathy, emotional intelligence, and Positive Intelligence.

Her coaching approach integrates behavioral science insights and self-awareness, creating a supportive yet challenging environment where clients can explore their leadership patterns and develop intentional habits.
