Alice Mar Rocher

Alice Mar Rocher is an executive coach partnering with senior and emerging leaders to demystify the path to success at the senior level. With over 20 years of experience as a senior HR leader across industries including tech, healthcare, and manufacturing, she helps clients raise their executive presence, expand their influence, and lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

Known for her discerning eye, high standards, and heart-centered approach, Alice brings both challenge and support to her coaching. She equips leaders to harness their energy, identify mind and behavior patterns, and build skills that drive higher levels of engagement from others. Her work blends evidence-based tools, targeted assessments, and practical frameworks to expand self-awareness, refine leadership identity, and maximize performance.

Alice holds a Master’s in Adult Education and Human Resource Leadership Development from UT Austin and is an ICF-certified coach (ACC). She is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Mental Emotional Release®. Her assessment certifications include Hogan, Energy Leadership Index, Bates ExPI, E3, and PSYCH Assets.

Alice coaches and facilitates leadership programs in startup and global enterprises, at UT Global and Austin Community College. She coaches and speaks at conferences and professional events. A passionate advocate for youth, she has led leadership development programs for young women through the Girls Empowerment Network and the National Charity League.

Born in Mexico and fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French, Alice brings a global perspective and deep respect for identity and belonging to her work. Clients value her strategic insight, calm presence, and ability to create a partnership that fosters accountability, growth, and lasting change.
