Aïcha Doucouré

Aïcha Doucouré, ACC guides leaders to achieve results from a place of resilience and stability when the ground feels shaky. With over 500 hours of coaching sessions, Aïcha has mastered the art of creating a coaching space that feels like a lab, where curiosity drives discovery. Leaders learn to see what's unseen, and experimentation becomes a daily practice that drives performance, personal growth, and team development.

Drawing from more than 18 years of experience in Six Sigma, IT implementation, change management, human-centered design, and research across international corporations, agencies, and startups, Aïcha brings deep operational expertise to her coaching practice. Born and raised in France and living in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2002, she offers a multicultural perspective that enriches her work.

Aïcha is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, an Integral Coach certified through New Ventures West, and certified with the iEQ9 Professional Enneagram Assessment. She specializes in strengthening leadership clarity, presence, emotional intelligence, and intentional relationship building within teams.

As an Integral Coach, she draws from a wide range of resources to develop greater coherence for the whole self: mind, emotions, and body. Clients appreciate access to practical tools from neuroscience, somatic psychology, mindfulness, and effective communication that create lasting positive impact.

Clients can expect a grounded and honest strategic partner who will facilitate insights, support them in crafting action plans, and gently challenge them when needed to unlock their highest potential.

As a hobby, Aïcha leads circle singing, a structured improvisational technique for group singing created by Bobby McFerrin. She finds inspiration in this practice of confident leadership while attuning to others.
