Drawing from more than a decade in C-suite roles and a background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Zach brings a grounded, insightful presence to every coaching engagement.

His work focuses on supporting leaders through professional transitions, developing emotional intelligence, and strengthening executive presence. He is known for balancing support with challenge, helping clients uncover patterns, clarify what matters most, and take meaningful action.
Zach has coached senior leaders and teams across industries including technology, financial services, consulting, healthcare, retail, and government. He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Leadership Coach through Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. He is also certified in DISC, E3, and Blindspotting Assessments. Zach earned dual masters degrees in Business Administration and Social Work from the University of Utah.
Before launching his full-time coaching practice, Zach held executive roles in the social impact sector, overseeing operations, strategic planning, and organizational development for agencies serving thousands of individuals and managing multi-million-dollar budgets. He also teaches graduate-level courses in leadership and organizational systems at the University of Utah.
