Wesley brings experience from fast-growing startups to established enterprises across the technology, legal services, and consulting sectors. As a Leadership coach here at Behavioral Essentials, Wesley focuses on behavior-based leadership development.

He began his career specializing in professional education, after earning his Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University, discovering his passion for training and development. At Automated Records Collection (later acquired by Lexitas), Wesley created and scaled learning programs that reshaped the employee experience and contributed to the company’s acquisition. At Lexitas, he expanded these programs organization-wide, reinforcing his belief in the power of structured development to drive both individual and business success.

Later, as Director of HR and then Director of Talent at Mountain Point, Wesley built the company’s first people operations infrastructure, equipping leaders to foster accountability and growth within their teams.

Wesley’s coaching style is direct, encouraging, and grounded in the principle of “extreme ownership.” He supports clients in developing practical strategies to lead with intention, navigate challenges, and accelerate growth. His approach is especially effective for emerging, and experienced leaders navigating fast-paced environments.

Wesley aligns his coaching with behavioral reinforcement principles, emphasizing positive reinforcement, clarity of expectations, and consistent feedback to drive sustainable behavior change and performance improvement.
