Radha Mehrotra

Radha Mehrotra is a leadership coach who supports mid- to senior-level leaders in building self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience while developing people-centered leadership practices. Her approach helps leaders navigate complexity with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

With over 25 years of global experience, Radha has held senior roles in Learning & Development across industries and regions. She has led L&D functions, designed and delivered leadership development strategies, and worked as a consultant on organizational development initiatives including assessment centers, psychometric tools, and team facilitation.

Radha is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Advanced Team and Group Coach, ICF Mentor Coach, and Coach Supervisor. She has also served as an adjunct faculty in an ICF-accredited coach training program at Pacifica University. Her methodology integrates evidence-based approaches from coaching psychology, neuroscience, and applied positive psychology. She is also certified in Solution-Focused Coaching, Applied Positive Psychology Coaching, Neuroscience Coaching, Neurodiversity in Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, and NLP.

Her academic background includes MSc. in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, an undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology, and a second MSc. in Applied Positive Psychology & Organizational Leadership from the University of East London. She is also certified in a range of tools including Hogan®, MBTI® Step I & II, Thomas PPA, Workplace Big Five, and Benchmarking Assessment.

Outside work, Radha enjoys reading, long walks, documentaries, and time with her daughter and two rescue pets—a dog and a cat.
