Marisa Lonic

Marisa Lonic is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, 3x author, and the founder of Mama Work It and Marisa Lonic Coaching & Consulting. With over 15 years of corporate leadership experience spanning training and development, operations, customer experience, sales, and marketing, she brings a grounded and results-oriented perspective to her work with clients.

Marisa’s primary coaching focus is helping leaders strengthen time management, build intentional leadership behaviors, and navigate the challenges of balancing career and personal responsibilities. She works with professionals across industries—from corporate executives to entrepreneurs—offering practical strategies that enhance productivity, communication, and values-driven decision-making.

Marisa is a professional certified coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages with a minor in Business from Binghamton University and a Master’s in Education from the University of Padua in Italy.

Known for her direct yet supportive coaching style, Marisa fosters a space for clients to reflect, set meaningful goals, and implement sustainable behavior change. Her approach is rooted in self-awareness, accountability, and a deep understanding of the workplace dynamics and responsibilities leaders face. Outside of coaching, Marisa enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, practicing yoga, and spending time with her husband and their four children—experiences that continue to drive her belief in purposeful leadership and prioritizing what matters most.
