Jodi Johnston

Jodi Johnston is a leadership and career coach who supports clients in strengthening executive presence, building intentional leadership habits, and navigating professional transitions with clarity and confidence. With more than 15 years of experience in coaching, professional development, and corporate training, she has worked across five countries with corporate leaders, nonprofit executives, educators, and early-career professionals.

Jodi is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation. She brings a psychology-focused academic background and advanced studies in emotional intelligence and leadership development to her work.

Her professional experience includes senior roles in workforce development, global education, and leadership training. These roles shape a coaching style that is grounded, insight-driven, and strengths-based. Rather than fixating on what’s wrong, Jodi helps clients uncover what’s right - equipping them to lead with greater self-awareness, resilience, and purpose.

Clients describe her as steady yet energizing, insightful, and deeply empathetic. She brings both structure and warmth to each session, offering thoughtful questions and practical strategies that lead to meaningful growth. Jodi is especially passionate about working with women leaders and emerging professionals, helping them align their strengths with their leadership goals.

Outside of coaching, Jodi enjoys mentoring, exploring new cultures, and staying active with tennis and long walks. Her approach reflects a core belief: when people feel seen for their strengths and supported in their growth, they can become the kind of leader others trust, respect and follow.
