Hemda Mizrahi is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) who helps executives to magnify the impact of their greatest strengths by building self-awareness and adaptability.
Hemda has held leadership roles in Higher Education and Healthcare, on Nonprofit Boards, and in Financial Services. With a history of promotion into stretch roles and experience as a content strategist and writer, Hemda creatively and practically supports clients in their career mobility and through complex transitions and communications. She partners with entrepreneur, corporate, and nonprofit leaders of businesses that provide top-tier service in industries like Technology, Retail and Professional Services.
Hemda is certified in the Hogan personality assessment and the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 Feedback suite. She is also trained in team coaching, mediation, and image consulting. She earned master’s degrees in organizational and counseling psychology at Columbia University, and a bachelor’s in hospitality management from Cornell University.
Hemda’s organized and fluid coaching style supports clients in distilling deep insights and feedback into targeted action and skill building. Hemda came into this belief early in life as a fraternal twin who was raised in a family-run service business.
