Amber Christensen partners with leaders to strengthen self-awareness and foster professional growth. With a master’s degree in Family and Human Development, she offers a strong foundation in human behavior to her coaching. Her approach helps clients reflect deeply, take purposeful action, and make small, intentional behavioral shifts that create lasting impact.

She brings 18 years of experience in business operations and executive support within the financial services industry, giving her a clear understanding of the challenges leaders face in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Amber holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Certified Neurotransformational Coach. She is also certified in the E3 Behavioral Assessment, Blindspotting, and the Professional Communication Styles Inventory. As a facilitator of Coach U’s Coaching Clinic, she equips managers and teams with practical skills to build more collaborative, engaged, and high-performing workplaces. She is continuing to expand her expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology.
