The Admin Dashboard is the dashboard for the admin user(s) to view E3 Assessment results and reports. In this dashboard, admin users can view assessment data, filter and organize results by date and status, email reports and assign tags to results.
Using the Search Bar #
Click the search bar at the top of the page and type in their: First/Last name, tag, date, or email to find the individual. To search by a specific date, use the following format: year-month-date. (ex; 2023-01-25)
Best Practice: It’s best to filter by your desired timeframe before using the search bar. To broaden your search, change the “Filter By” to “All Time”.
Editing Tags #
Find the person you want to update and click the “Pencil” icon located in the bottom left corner.
After clicking on the “Pencil” icon, you will be redirected to this page:
Fill in any information you need to about the individual.
- Company: Type the name of the company in the field.
- Industry: Click and use the dropdown menu to choose the correct Industry. You can also select “other” if you need a more personalized option and type in the desired industry.
- Role: Click and use the dropdown menu to choose the correct role just like you did for the industry. You can also select “other” if you need a more personalized option and type in the desired role.
- Misc: Use this to include any other information about them, like an Email.
Once you finalize everything, click “Update Tags” to save your information.
Return to the Dashboard Page and refresh it to make sure it updated your progress.
Changing the Status of an Individual #
Find who you want to add the status to and click on the “status” dropdown
Then click either: Candidate, Employee, or none based on the status of the selected individual.
Filtering Results by Status #
Once you select their status, the dashboard filters the results by status groups.
Simply select All, Candidates, Employee, or other, to see everyone in the same status group. For example, down below, after clicking the “Employees” at the top, it filters the results to show everyone who is in the employee group. This is shown on the right of the results.
Filtering Results by Day #
The “Filter By” Dropdown menu is based on when someone completed their E3 Assessment. This menu defaults to 30 days and the dashboard will only show results from the selected timeframe. The most recent data is always at the top of the results list.
To filter the results by day, simply click the “Filter By” dropdown menu located at the top, next to the search bar and select the desired timeframe.
Tip: When you want to view a broad timeframe of results, select “All Time” in the dropdown. When switching between the status categories, make sure that your selection remains the same.
Best Practice: If you have a large amount of data, it is best to use Firefox to view all the results.Browsers such as Chrome and Safari aren’t recommended for viewing large data sets.
Starring a Result #
Starring a result highlights them and groups them into their own category. This is useful when you want to be able to easily find a top candidate or an employee you’ll be coaching soon.
Click the “Star” icon located on the right side of the result next to the “Envelope” icon. This will fill in the outlined star and add the result to the starred category.
Filtering by Starred Results #
To filter by your starred results, Click the “Star” icon located at the top of the Dashboard right next to the “Filter By” dropdown.
What the Exclamation Point Means #
Sometimes an exclamation point appears next to a result:
It can mean one of three things:
- The individual checked less than 30 words during their assessment.
- The individual took less than 4 minutes to complete the assessment.
- The individual chose too many deprecating words and was too self-critical of themselves.
What “min” Means #
Every E3 Assessment is timed. This number is how long someone took to complete the survey. For example, when it says, “7.92 min” down below, it means they took 7.29 minutes to complete the assessment.
What “checked” Means #
The E3 Assessment is made up of an adjective checklist. When it says “checked”, it means that is how many words someone selected during their assessment. As you can see below it says, “122 checked”, which means they selected 122 adjectives on the E3 assessment.
How to view the Adjectives Checked by Someone #
- Hover over the phrase “checked” and click.
- This should redirect you to a new tab and show all the adjectives that the individual selected.

Emailing Reports #
To Email a report, click on the “Envelope” icon located on the right side of the result next to the “Star” Icon.
You will be redirected to this page:
You can either click the grey link to send the individual’s Line Chart & Coaching Report to them or use the email box to send to a different email.
Printing Reports #
Click on the Report you want to print.
Tip: The Summary Report combines The Line Chart and The Coaching Report and automatically generates a print-optimized pdf when printing from your browser.
You will be redirected to the selected report page where you can use your Browser menu to print.
Best Practice: Under the print settings, make sure “print backgrounds” or “background graphics” is selected to ensure that the graphs and backgrounds are visible and deselect “headers and footers” to hide URL, date and time information on the document.
Sharing Reports #
Click on the report you want to share.
It will then redirect you to the selected Report. From there, copy the URL and share the link with others.
Tip: Some links are unshareable. If that is the case, convert the report into a pdf and try to share it in that format.
Generating The Comparison Report #
In order to generate The Comparison Report, follow these steps:
Set “Filter by” to your desired timeframe.
Search or scroll to find the results you want to compare. You can compare up to 10 results.
Select the results you want to compare by clicking the box to the left of the result. When selected, a teal checkmark will appear.
Click the large button at the bottom of the results list labeled “Compare up to ten(10) Selected Results “to generate The Comparison Report.
Tip: After selecting the results you want to compare, you can type random letters in the search bar to instantly pull the compare button to the top.
