After thirty years as a psychotherapist, entrepreneur and business consultant, Rick has realized that many of the issues that impact work performance aren’t related to work at all- Depression, anxiety, taking care of aging parents, chemical dependency, breast cancer, raising children, conflict, actually, everything that happens outside of work, can have a huge impact on how you feel and perform at work.
Our simple mission is to “help a lot of people.” On Natural Tendencies we tackle the tough stuff with real people, and provide them with a place to process, learn and grow. We also provide practices and support materials that can help you overcome, or at least better manage, whatever is holding you back.
