A new franchise owner needed to hire the right candidates quickly to jumpstart a new restaurant opening.

Behavioral Essentials partnered with Jeremiah’s to develop a benchmark for a front of house employee based on industry research, integrated the E3 assessment into their application process, and compared candidates’ data to the benchmark.
Impact
Jeremiah’s was able to quickly assess a candidate’s behavioral fit for the role and interviewed and hired 22 people in 1 day. After filling their open positions, they also had a waitlist of 20+ applicants that were a good fit for the role according to the benchmark.
