Our Level Up Executive Coaching process will help you become more aware of your strengths and the things that hold you back and provide you with a customized action plan so that you can learn to better lead yourself, your team and your entire organization.

Level Up Leadership Assessment

The Level Up process includes a self-assessment and up to six (6) peer assessments that will identify your strengths and growth areas.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Three (3) 60-90 minute virtual coaching sessions with one of our trained executive coaches that is the right fit for you.

Customized Development Plan

Coaches will help you design a personalized development plan based on your strengths and growth areas identified in the assessment.

90 Day Process

The entire Level Up Executive Coaching Process lasts no more than 90 days but the insights you gain will last you a lifetime.

After spending many years working in clinical psychology, CEO, Rick Breden, shifted to organizational psychology and founded Behavioral Essentials.  The initial idea was to introduce a family therapy model to companies after realizing that all companies are made up of groups of people who function in many ways like a family, complete with all the happy and sad that brings.

    The first way to cultivate growth is to build self awareness. The Level Up Leadership assessment will provide insights on your strengths and growth areas through self & peer assessment.

    Based on the self and peer assessment results, your personal coach will help you develop a customized plan of action and work with you on strengthening your growth areas during three virtual one-on-one sessions.

    Practice and cultivate sustainable behavioral changes, getting personal feedback from your coach along the way, and grow into a more self-aware, effective leader.

Rick Breden
CEO & Psychotherapist

Rick Breden began his professional career in counseling in 1988. After a few years working in psychiatric hospitals, he completed his Master's degree in Counseling Services and subsequently attended both Texas A&M and Purdue University for post graduate studies. Rick founded New Light Counseling centers in 1990 which were later acquired by Family Life Counseling Centers where he became the clinical director. During his time as a psychotherapist, Rick logged several thousand hours treating victims of sexual abuse and their families. In 2006, Rick shifted to organizational psychology and founded Behavioral Essentials. The initial idea was to introduce a family therapy model to companies after realizing that all companies are made up of groups of people who function in many ways like a family, complete with all the happy and sad that brings. Rick also studied medical hypnosis at the Milton Erikson institute, and is a current student of John Milton, famed ecologist and founder of The Way of Nature.

Executive Coach

Sarah C. Albritton, MS, is known for delivering high impact coaching and leadership consulting to chief/senior executives and their teams in companies throughout the world. She is co-author of I’m Not Crazy, I’m Just Not You!, a 23 year top-selling book on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. A Certified Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ Facilitator since 2014, she was one of 12 Master Facilitators selected for Dr. Brené Brown’s Brave Leaders Inc and is now a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator. She received her formal coach training at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in 1999 before coaching certifications existed! She was an adjunct faculty member at CCL for 7 years.
Sarah is known for her fearless and supportive candor. Anchoring her relationships in trust, respect and a healthy dose of humor, she uses well-grounded assessment data from 360 tools, personality assessments and interviews to gain insight and offer challenge to inspire honest reflection and lasting strategic change. The integration of Brené Brown’s work over the last few years has had a powerful impact on her clients. Since 2016 she has been offering Rising Strong™ For Helping Professionals and Rising Strong™ for Leaders intensive weekends, creating a protected space for deep personal development for helping professionals and leaders. Sarah holds degrees in Economics (BA) and Educational Leadership (MS). She holds many certifications including all Center for Creative Leadership tools, Hogan personality assessment suite, and Discovery Learning/MHS assessments and simulations.

Arti Bagga Chopra thrives off of empowering individuals to take the lead in their lives. Her professional career began working in Higher Education nurturing the minds of young adults in leadership, and she later ventured into NLP coaching. Arti holds a B.S. in Psychology with a certificate in Leadership Studies as well as an M.A. in Higher Education & Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. She is now a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy® and Hypnotherapy.
