Jennifer Mirgorod has 25+ years of global senior executive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and account management at a Fortune 100 company. During her corporate career, she successfully mentored and coached dozens of colleagues and team members, focusing on their career development, executive presence, and building leadership skills. After leaving her corporate career two years ago, she founded a coaching practice and is now a Leadership and Executive Coach at her firm, Crest Consulting LLC.
Jennifer is certified by the Center for Executive Coaching and holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential at the ACC level. She’s also certified in the Hogan suite of personality assessments and is an E3 and a Positive Intelligence coaching practitioner.
